The role...
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week (FTE 1.0). Reporting to the Executive Office Manager, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the Executive Office by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support.
Using your positive and professional approach, you will:
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the Executive Team.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including diary management, travel arrangements, and financial processing.
- Assist with Board and Sub-committee processes, including preparation of agendas, collation of reports, and drafting of minutes.
- Assist with the delivery of governance reporting, policy management, projects, and events.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and assist with implementing office processes and procedures
