The role...
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week (FTE 1.0). Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the People and Culture Team by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support.
Using your positive and professional approach, you will:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, reward and recognition and performance reviews.
- Coordinate all West Beach Parks uniforms.
- Provide and maintain an efficient and effective People and Culture service.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and assist with implementing office processes and procedures.
