The role...
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week (FTE 1.0). Reporting to the Asset and Infrastructure Manager, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the Operations and Corporate Services Teams by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support.
Using your positive and professional approach, your responsibilities will include:
- Attending the Corporate Service/Sports Hub Reception desk and respond to internal and external customers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
- Assisting and directing enquiries to the appropriate area and person within West Beach Parks, and to tenants of the Sports Hub.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and emails in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, and direct to the appropriate West Beach Parks team member or tenant of the Sports Hub.
- Coordinating and monitoring all Maintenance enquiries and allocating to the Asset Management system (Hardcat).
- Coordinating the compliance maintenance register and updating as appropriate within Hardcat.
- Assisting the Contract and Leasing Manager and Asset and Infrastructure Manager on procurement and contract administration duties.
