What we offer...

- Salary of $55,300 – $64,700.

The role…
We offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become a full-time Grounds Team Member. This position reports to the Grounds Team Leader and is responsible for maintaining the grounds across all areas of the precinct including grassed areas, landscapes, gardens and playgrounds.

About you…
The successful candidate will have a passion for presenting grounds, gardens and guest facilities to a high standard as well as:
- Proven hands-on experience in horticultural procedures and practices
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and customer focus
- Competent planning and organising skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Sound decision making skills
- Proven ability to communicate and work as part of a team
- Professional presentation at all times
- Knowledge of WHS standards.
