Job Description

The role...

Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor our Reservations Sales Agents are required to achieve set sales targets to maximise revenue for both the Holiday Park and The Retreat.

You will play a leading role in generating revenue and ensuring superior customer service is delivered to West Beach Parks guests through:

  •  Handling all accommodation enquiries and bookings over the phone and via email,
  •  Displaying a full knowledge of facilities, promotions, room categories and rates to all guests, including specials and promotions,
  •  Identifying opportunities to ensure revenue is maximised via multiple booking channels.

You are...

A positive and enthusiastic team member with a drive to succeed, experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and the ability to effectively up sell and close a sale at every opportunity.

You have experience in customer service roles in the accommodation, tourism or hospitality industries and display West Beach Parks values in all you do. You can also:

 Communicate to colleagues and guests of all backgrounds,
 Quickly develop an understanding of various accommodation types and features,
 Demonstrate reliability and punctuality,
 Show strong attention to detail and accuracy, and
 Adapt quickly and positively to changes in pace.
