The role…
You will utilise your customer service skills to contribute to the achievement of business objectives by delivery an exception customer experience as well as:
- Attending to the check in and check out of guests in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with correct procedures,
- Ensuring that all guests accounts are properly receipted, recorded and reconciled by following operating guidelines,
- Providing guests with the appropriate assistance and direction, if required, to deliver luggage to their accommodation,
- Assisting in providing information to guests in relation to tours, activities, community services when required,
- Undertaking promotional, sales and marketing activities via the phone, internet, email and over the counter,
- Assisting with the maintenance of site security including closing of the premises.
Casuals will also provide customer experience and assist with the day-to-day tasks and operations of the Shack and Food Truck.
Duties within the Shack and Food truck will also include:
- Customer Service
- Cash handling
- Barista coffee skills
- Light food preparation
- Stock control
- Light cleaning duties
Hours and shifts are varied over a 7-day roster based on the operational requirements. You will be required to be available to work any hours and days as requested.
You Are….
A positive, well-presented and enthusiastic person who is able to manage multiple priorities, have precise attention to detail and organisational skills. You have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain relationships.
Ideally, you have experience in face-to-face customer service roles as well as experience in food handling and coffee making.
