The role...
Is a part-time position of 19 hours per week (FTE 0.5). Reporting to the Finance Manager you will use your positive and professional approach to:
- Perform transaction processing, journals and reconciliations including some general ledger,
- Perform bank transaction processing and reconcile West Beach Parks bank accounts,
- Provide financial reports as required, and
- Provide support for Accounts Payable as required.

You are...
As an experienced Finance / Accounting Support Officer or Assistant Accountant you:
- are passionate about finance,
- enjoy working in a small team environment,
- can competently use Excel and accounting software including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable,
- have experience in providing accounting and financial support, underpinned by strong numerical and problem-solving skills, and
- have excellent communication skills which include being approachable and possessing a 'can-do' attitude.
Lastly, but certainly not least, you are a great person to work with who enjoys having fun.
